Dearest Eunice,
Just a quick note (though all my notes have seemed quick lately) to let you know how entirely excited I am to have you visit. I hope you like butternut squash. I'm making soup. It should be divine.
Hugs and Kisses,
Henrietta

Darling Eunice,
It's been far too long since we last corresponded. I really have little to say at present. I merely wished send a note expressing my excitement with regards to this evening's activities, and my delight at the prospect of soon seeing your face once again.
Until this evening all the best,
Henrietta

Dearest Eunice,
I cleaned the apartment today! Ah, the sweet smell of chemicals in the morning! (or really the late evening). And now I'm spending the late hours relaxing with ridiculous cartoons, one of my favorite amusements, and writing you a brief epistle. I hope this weekend will be full of exciting fun for you.
Much Love,
Henrietta

Dearest Eunice,
Today would truly have been a fantastic day if only you had been part of it. Why you ask? I took a nap. For two hours. Heavenly. And I went to a perfectly lovely Bible Study where we discussed important issues such as the indwelling of the Holy Spirit (which old testament Jews didn't generally experience, so bizarre to think about). How was work? How was family? How is life?
All the best,
Henrietta
